The R-7 currently runs Android 4.4.4 and uses the Snapdragon 805, which has the Adreno 420 GPU, which supports these APIs:
- Open GL ES 1.x, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, TS & GS
- Open CL 1.2full
- Direct X 11.2

For the record, R-6:
The CPU inside is from Texas Instruments (OMPA4 4470) and the latest version of Android they provided us source code for was Jellybean (4.2.2). However, it does support all the major APIs, including:
- OpenGL® ES v2.0,
- OpenGL ES v1.1,
- OpenVG v1.1
- and EGL v1.3. (See attached reference)
