What do you need help with?

I've got an R-6's USB connected to my PC, but it doesn't recognize it as a USB device (Windows).

Try adding the follwing to the android_winusb.inf

and modify adb_usb.ini as per instructions on:
The drivers does not work on Windows 8.
If using windows 8 you can connect/use adb over wifi.
(If you are using Windows and can't connect you can also try loading the motorola drivers). 
To enable in the Settings -> Recticle -> Development Settings -> Use ADB over Wifi.
The devkit and your computer have to be on the same network. You can connect via the IP address on the devkit.
adb connect <IP address>
The devkit's should have two ports. One is the OTG port for ADB the other is a UART Console connection.
