What are the driver settings to allow ADB to work with an R-6?

If you are using Ubuntu you have to add the following lines to /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules
 
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="0451", ATTR{idProduct}=="d022", MODE="0600", OWNER="<username>"
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="0451", ATTR{idProduct}=="d010", MODE="0600", OWNER="<username>"

If you are using a windows you have to edit the adb_usb.ini file and the android_winusb.inf file from the default android sdk installation.

The drivers does not work on Windows 8.

If using windows 8 you can connect use adb over wifi.
To enable adb over wifi, go to Settings -> Recticle -> Development Settings -> Use ADB over Wifi.
The devkit and your computer have to be on the same network subnet. You can connect via the IP address on the devkit.
adb connect <IP address>
 
The devkit's should have two ports. One is the OTG port for ADB the other is a uART connection.
(Glasses don't yet expose the serial console port.  Coming in the future).
